Good Reason to Exercise

Have you noticed in the news that recent findings have shown that doing brain teasers can help prevent memory loss and the decline of other mental functions? Well there is something else that has similar powers: exercise! Before you groan and say that you don't have time, think of it this way: if you don't take time out to exercise now, later on you may have plenty of time not knowing who or where you are. Which is the best exercise to prevent memory loss? A study that was done at the University of Illinois and headed by Professor Arthur Kramer, looked at the effect of walking over a period of six months.
