MY PHILOSOPHY: I believe we each carry a dream of a life we were born to realize, which shows up through desire. I also believe that we all have the ability to realize our personal and professional dreams if we commit ourselves to not settling for anything less than what we really want. It is when we move toward our passions that we experience our greatness.
MY MISSION: To provide partnership, encouragement, challenge, listening, and tools for you to achieve your greatest goals and to live a fulfilling, balanced, and meaningful life.
COACHING EXPERIENCE: Formal experience began in 2005 when I enrolled in a training program and started working with clients part-time. I continued work part-time as I also do training around the country to help people achieve their best possible health. I am also a member of various coaching associations.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Worked as a Medical Officer for the US Dept. of Defense in the Republic of Panama as an Emergency Room Physician; Worked as an Occupational Health Physician for the Panama Canal Commission; and presently working as a Course Director for the National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH).
